Refund, Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At NestKart, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience for all customers.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refunds for prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Return Policy

We generally do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Personal preference

• Incorrect product selection by customer

• Products that have been used after delivery

Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, Missing or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• A damaged product

• A defective product

• A missing item

• An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

An uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory for claim verification.

Failure to provide valid evidence may result in claim rejection.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved in the following cases:

• Product received damaged

• Product received defective

• Wrong product delivered

• Item missing from package

• Order lost during transit

• Order marked delivered but not received (subject to investigation)

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or UPI.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available within 48 hours of delivery subject to approval.

An unboxing video is mandatory for exchange approval.

A flat exchange shipping charge of ₹150 shall apply.

Exchanges are subject to product inspection and stock availability.

Abuse Prevention

NestKart reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict Cash on Delivery facilities, or suspend accounts involved in fraudulent transactions, repeated order refusals, chargeback abuse, or misuse of company policies.
