Order Processing: Prepaid orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Cash on Delivery orders require verification and may take an additional 1-2 business days. Orders are processed Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days depending on location. Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking: Tracking information is provided once your order is dispatched.
Important: Please provide accurate delivery address details. Additional charges may apply if re-shipment is needed due to incorrect address information. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

🔄 Returns Returns are generally not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, wrong selection by the customer, or used products.
❌ Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch. Prepaid refunds for cancelled orders are processed in 7–10 business days.
📦 Damaged / Defective / Wrong / Missing Items You must report issues within 48 hours of delivery and provide an unboxing video (recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened) — this is mandatory for any claim.
💰 Refunds Approved for: damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items, lost in transit, or marked delivered but not received. Processed in 7–10 business days. COD orders get refunds via bank transfer or UPI.
